Step 1: Growing In Christ by The Navigators
Growing in Christ (GIC) is designed to build your faith in God and His promises. Each session is dedicated to exploring a chapter in the book with discussion questions and memory verses.
The course focuses on the fundamentals of Christian living and is targeted at believers who want to go deeper in the understanding of who God is.
If you are just starting to find out more about Christianity and still have questions about God, we recommend that you attend our Alpha course instead!
Prerequisites:
• Believer of Christ
• A regular member of SPSG and house church gatherings
• Be able to attend at least 10 out of the 12 lessons.
Step 2: Experiencing God by Henry Blackaby
Experiencing God (EG) is the discipleship course that we say imparts the “Solomon’s Porch DNA”.
Our God knows you completely and He desires for you to know Him at greater levels of intimacy, so come accept His invitation to know Him and to join Him where He is already at work.
Each group is limited to a small number for weekly deep discussion, fellowship and prayer with Pastor Sam Kim.
Prerequisites:
* graduated from the Growing in Christ discipleship course
* regular House Church member at SP
* attend a minimum of 10 out of the 12 lessons (note that some sessions have 2 lessons)
* attending EG Retreat is mandatory to graduate
